This world 🌎 is not a friend zone, nothing comes with ease, even what God helps you to do, you have your own role to play. "Some of the miracles Jesus performed in the scriptures, they were made perfect because of the faith of the person receiving the miracle" you have to work what you want. If you are too cool then you have no place in destiny.... do your best and do the rest, you never can tell if the rest you want to leave is actually your very best....God inspires you to do it, so he's done his part there's nothing like doing your best and leaving the rest for God....what you are suppose to do with muscles 💪 the lord will not do it for you by miracle...so you need to be wise and be smart in all your dealings, the best is always inside of you, you are just too lazy assuming you are busy doing nothing per say, it's a mediocre attitude and it's not going to help you..Have a great week and cautiously try to do your best always.

Shakespeare's Sonnet 1

From fairest creatures we desire increase, That thereby beauty’s rose might never die, But as the riper should by time decease, His tender heir might bear his memory: But thou, contracted to thine own bright eyes, Feed’st thy light’st flame with self-substantial fuel, Making a famine where abundance lies, Thyself thy foe, to thy sweet self too cruel. Thou that art now the world’s fresh ornament And only herald to the gaudy spring, Within thine own bud buriest thy content And, tender churl, makest waste in niggarding.    Pity the world, or else this glutton be,    To eat the world’s due, by the grave and thee. Summary: Sonnet 1 The first sonnet takes it as a given that “From fairest creatures we desire increase”—that is, that we desire beautiful creatures to multiply, in order to preserve their “beauty’s rose” for the world. That way, when the parent dies (“as the riper should by time decease”), the child might continue its beauty (“His t...

Faith in darkness

*Faith in the Darkness* I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief! *Mark 9:24 NIV*      Evil is real, and at one time or another most of us have wondered why God doesn't just reach down and stop it. Sometimes He does - but not always, and the Bible says evil is a mystery that we won't fully understand until we get to Heaven. In the meantime God calls us to trust Him and have confidence in His love, no matter the circumstances.     Maybe someone you love has cancer, or just lost a job, or is dealing with a prodigal son ......... The list of the ways that evil intersects our daily life goes on and on. Bitterness and anger can result, but don't let those emotions drive a wedge between you and God. That gains you nothing and, in the long run, will only destroy you.    Instead, let your attitude be that of the psalmist: "As for me, it is good to be near God. I have made the Sovereign Lord my refuge" *(73:28 NIV)*. Ask God to help you trust Him eve...

by Randall S. Hansen, Ph.D.  As a college professor, I am often asked for my advice on how students can get better grades. And after a couple of years of refining my ideas, I have developed these 10 tips. And by the way, these tips will work for you — whether you are a first-year student or a senior, whether at a small college or a large university. These tips are universal. So, if you are struggling with grades and interested in raising your grade point average, take a close look at these 10 tips for getting better grades. 1. Attend All Your Classes Now, you might think this was an obvious one. But I speak from experience when I say that many students skip classes for one reason or another. But if you want good grades, there are several reasons why you should attend all your classes: Absorb classroom material. Even if the professor follows the textbook pretty closely, sitting in the classroom and listening to the lectures/discussions will help you absorb the materia...
