Strength of the mind

You are more than you think you are, you are stronger than you know,
Sometimes you come across some situation that makes you want to doubt yourself, but I'm glad to inform you that these situations are platform to show you how strong you are.
By the way it is not an automatic process, it is something you must have learnt to cultivate over time.

Just like athletes build stamina cultivate skills in the place of training, it is expected of us to also cultivate habits and mindsets that helps us deal with situations no matter how tough they appear to be.

I know you may want to ask how to cultivate these defense mechanisms, it is a deliberate conscious and sometimes unconscious act, and it all boils down to what you are feeding on,

When I say what you are feeding on, I literally don't mean the food you eat; what are you reading?  What or who do you listen to?  Who are your friends? What kind of circle do you keep?

These are questions you should ask yourself and also answer, because they things which determine how we react to situations, whatever the outcome of the situation is, it is a product of what you've read or heard and in turn digest, they are the fuel or guide that channel our actions and reactions,
Now let's digress a bit from the outside factor, what do you think about yourself, what do you think of your abilities?
It's not enough to depend on outside factors they fail sometimes in fact often times it doesn't work for everyone,

You have power in your tongue; that is where the weight lifting of the mind happens, what you say to yourself builds the strength of your mind.
To be on top of your game, read books, listen to positive messages, say positive things to yourself, keep your mind fit, build the stamina of your mind, and you'd see that you are stronger than you know.
