Love is very important in all that we do, it may be difficult but it is something you have to spread. And don't forget first before you can love others you must first learn to love yourself. 

Some people will be difficult, some may be unlovable, it's understandable and unavoidable, but still, you have to find a way somehow to spread the love. 



You may not know what impact you are having on others by extending some kind gesture to them. When you appreciate others they feel loved and alive. 

Here's a poem to console you, just in all that you do spread the love. 




Life is too short, to live in pain;
Life is too short, to live for revenge;
Life is too short, to live for hate;
Life is too short, to be troubled all day. 


Wallow in pain, complement it with tears;
Wallow in hate, there's nothing to gain;
Life is too short, to live in the past;
Life is too short, to base it on a grudge. 


You want the best in life, you have to keep a smile;
You want the best in life, have an optimistic mind;
You want the best in life, do away with a grudge;
You want the best in life, you have to spread "The Love".

Who are those in your circle? What type of friends do you keep?  There's a saying that goes thus "the average of 5 people you walk with sums up your life" we could agree to disagree on this, your choice! but it still remains true. Interestingly sometimes you have a little setback or challenge and you are scared to share with your friends!! does that even make sense?  You be thinking in your head, If I tell them they will laugh and make jest of me  and they will not even take it serious no matter what.  What kind of a circle is that?
