Shinny shinny little diamond,
How I wonder where you are,
Searched and mined the earth below,
Just like the stars, up so high,
You seem so close but I never found.



Dig deep through the earth, in search for you,
Hoping that someday I would find you,
Because without you I seem so empty and void,
Please save me the stress and come to me,
Shinny shinny little diamond



So tired and weak I kept digging,
Hoping my next hit would pull you out,
I more hit kept telling myself,
Until I ran out of breathe and all hope almost gone,
One more hit I told myself, and there you are,
Smiling at me…. My hope restored,
